Many of my customers have several fluid evacuators like the Mityvac Plus. The Mityvac Plus will suction and refill transmission fluid. But sometimes (eventually) the rubber stopper will expand and get stuck. Now what. Typically the technician will take a screwdriver and try to pry the stopper, but this will lead to damage. The top plate (cap, lid, cover) will crack from the pressure. Once out the stopper can be shaved down to fit back in.
