Schley Products makes a special tool to install cam seals on Toyota / Lexus, Nissan, and Mazda. The tool will work on both 4 cylinder and cylinder engines and includes a 10 & 12 mm X 1.25 bolt for the cam.
The engines are transverse mount making cam seal installation more difficult. This tool is great for the tight spot. Just press the installer against the seal, install the bolt and nut and tighten the seal in with a wrench (see the picture).
